You are TTC. You think you have covered all ways to optimize. Yet, finally, at some point, you want help on your TTC road.
Where do you go for help with fertility? Do you even know if you are fertile?
Convention tells us to call a Doc. Our GYN, an RE, an infertility specialist. And conventional medicine has indeed done a pretty fine job of creating ART – Artificial Reproductive Technologies. While in some cases and certain circumstances, these technologies are the key for women and couples, for thousands that path leads to
- high stress
- high prices
- relatively low success rates
Let’s take a moment and evaluate. Have you really done all you can? Have you had enough info to optimize DIY and at-home?
The convention still defines infertility as (according to WHO) “a disease of the reproductive system defined by the failure to achieve a clinical pregnancy after 12 months or more of regular unprotected sexual intercourse.”…
But have they asked-
- how is your cervical fluid?
- does the penis hit the cervix during TTC sex?
- is the woman having orgasms after sperm are up near the cervix?
…just to name a few.
This definition is not clear enough, it does not account for enough (the above) and leads us to a trap of disempowered feelings!
There is a lot of “folk knowledge” out there. The issue with folk knowledge is how to sift through it! With internet and youtube, there is a lot to sort out for newbies.
Still, the result of:
- upgrading your own knowledge
- using at home self-assessment techniques
- using natural methods to get hormones organized and balanced
can be less stress, lower costs and even better chances.
I suggest (humbly, as I am writing about me:-) fertility experts, coaches. Women such as me, of Fertility Mapping, have made it their business to know. To know what can help other women to conceive. To know about hormones, conception, DIY methods, cycle tracking. And we are here to share. Send me a message and we can set up a free initial consult – you will see what I mean:-)
